    岗位一:行政人事部行政专员(1人)

    Administrator

    (一)工作职责

    1、负责公司领导公文、资料的预处理;

    2、负责公司领导日常行程、出差安排,并做好相应准备工作;

    3、负责公司领导接收、下达及跟踪处理领导指示及落实情况;

    4、负责公司会议会务准备工作,并参与公司重要活动的组织安排工作;

    5、负责起草公司综合性文字材料,包括会议纪要、报告、简报等;

    6、完成领导交办的其它工作。

    (二)任职要求

    1、研究生及以上学历,5年工作经验以上,其中3年以上担任大中型企业高管行政秘书或助理的工作;

    2、工作认真细致,有条理性、逻辑性强,有较好的书面写作及表达能力;

    3、有较强的沟通协调能力,能承受较大的工作压力;

    4、有较强的工作责任心,良好的职业素养和职业操守;

    5、英语听说读写流利,有海外学习、生活经历者优先考虑。

    Job Responsibilities

    -Preliminarily handle files, documents and other information for the supervisor.

    -Schedule appointments, maintain calendar, arrange and prepare business trips for the supervisor.

    -Take and distribute messages for the supervisor, coordinate the flow of information dealing.

    -Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences; Assist in organizing the company’s important activities.

    -Draft and produce letters, reports, memorandums, etc.

    -Other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    -Master degree or above; Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably with 3 years or above of secretarial experience in large or medium-sized corporations.

    -Hardworking, detail-oriented, well-structured and logically-minded, have a good command of report writing and presentation skills

    -Presentable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

    -Possess a strong sense of responsibility, good work manners and work ethics.

    岗位二:财务部报表及财务管理(1人)

    Company Report& Financial Management

    (一)工作职责

    1、依据会计准则和公司会计制度规定,编制总部个别报表、合并报表和内部管理报表,为公司管理决策提供财务数据。监督、指导下属公司的报表编制工作,及时处理报表编制中出现的问题;

    2、参与组织公司及各下属公司的年度财务决算及外部审计工作,进行必要的专业指导和协调;

    3、按要求完成并向股东单位、外部机构报送、披露相关财务报表;

    4、跟踪会计准则最新变化,报告、评估对公司影响并提出专业建议,参与审定公司重大事项的会计处理;

    5、开展公司战略研究、公司发展规划及年度经营计划编制,根据公司战略,编制公司财务模型,模拟资源配置,进行各项因素的敏感性分析;

    6、参与对下属公司的财务管理工作联络、监督和指导工作;

    7、参与公司重大的投资、融资、并购等经营活动,对外投资等事项提供财务方面的分析和决策依据。

    (二)任职要求

    1、财务、经济、会计类等相关专业本科及以上学历;

    2、熟悉企业会计准则及相关的法规、政策,并具备3年以上合并报表相关工作经验;

    3、工作踏实认真、责任心强,能有良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神。

    4、具有CPA专业资格证书、大型企业集团财务工作经验、四大会计师事务所工作经验者优先;

    5、香港居民优先考虑。

    Job Responsibilities:

    -Prepare the individual financial statements, consolidated financial statements, and managerial statements in accordance with the accounting standards and company accounting policies, and provide financial data for company strategic decision making. Supervise and help with the preparation of financial statements in subsidiaries, and solve problems in a timely manner during the process.

    -Participate in the annual reports and external audit of the company and its subsidiaries, and give necessary professional instructions and co-ordination.

    -Complete, deliver the financial statements to shareholding corporations and disclose to external organizations as required.

    -Report and evaluate the effect of the latest changes in accounting standards on the company. Participate in developing and finalizing the accounting treatments on significant matters of the company.

    -Carry out strategic analysis, development planning and annual business plan for the company. Develop financial modules and perform sensitivity analysis.

    -Liaise, monitor and direct the financial affairs in subsidiaries.

    -Participate in investing, financing, and M&A activities, and perform financial analysis to support management decision making.

    Job Requirements:

    -A bachelor’s degree from an accounting, finance, economic or equivalent is minimum

    -In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, relevant regulations and policies. More than 3 years experience working in consolidating accounts.

    -Hard working, responsible and strong communication skill and being a team player

    -CPA qualified, experience in the Holding company of a large corporation or in Big Four is preferred.

    -Hong Kong resident is preferential.

     

    岗位三:企业规划管理部综合技术管理岗(1人)

    Technical Management

    (一)工作职责

    1、负责拟定并组织实施船舶技术、招投标与采购管理制度及年度工作计划;

    2、负责公司船舶建造、技改、坞修、创新、集中采购等重大项目的预算编制及项目方案的设计、审定和实施;

    3、负责管理、维护合格供应商和专家库名单;

    4、负责对公司及下属单位招投标与采购工作的实施、指导与监督;

    5、负责船舶技术及采购相关统计分析。

    (二)任职要求

    1、对招投标与采购法规、船级规范及国际法规要有充分的了解;

    2、具有良好的船舶管理知识;

    3、具有A类轮机长适任证书或同等资质并有一定的实际轮机长资历者优先;

    4、具有监造船经历者优先;

    5、具有岸上油轮或者散货船总管经验者优先;

    6、具有良好的电脑操作知识及中英文会话、书写能力;

    7、工作踏实、积极上进,高度的团队合作精神和认真的工作态度。

     

    岗位四:董事会秘书处证券事务助理(1人)

    Securities Affairs Officer

    (一)主要职责

    1、参与组织董事会等会议,编制会议文件;

    2、参与编制公司定期报告,临时公告等信息披露文稿;

    3、参与公司市场推介活动、推介PPT制作;参与日常投资者关系维护;

    4、与股东、董事、高管的日常联络工作;

    5、协调公司董事、监事、高管及相关人员参加证券监管机构的培训;

    6、参与行业及市场研究、资本市场动态跟踪,撰写相关研究报告;

    7、负责部门的行政、秘书工作。

    (二)任职要求

    1、中文、法律、会计、航运、金融专业,硕士研究生或以上学历;

    2、普通话流利,表达及写作能力优良;

    3、学习意识强、愿意与人的沟通、具良好的团队合作精神;

    4、身体和心理素质较佳,能够承受高强度工作;

    Job Responsibilities

    -Involve in organizing meetings of the Board and other meetings, prepare meeting documents.

    -Prepare periodic reports,interim announcement and other information disclosure documents.

    -Participate in market promotion activities, make promotion PPT and maintain relations among investors.

    -Contact with shareholders, directors and executive officers.

    -Coordinate directors, supervisors, executives and related personnel to attend trainings hold by securities regulatory authorities.

    -Participate in the industry and market research, the capital market dynamic tracking, and write research report.

    Job Requirements

    -Master degree or above in Chinese, Law, Accounting, Shipping, Logistics or Finance.

    岗位五:法律事务部法律合规人员(1人)

    legal& compliance counsel

    (一)工作职责

    1、审查有关合同以及其他法律性文件;

    2、参与有关经济活动的谈判、起草,处理相关法律、合规事务;

    3、处理或协助处理公司以及下属公司的有关法律纠纷或索赔;

    4、为公司日常经营业务活动、规章制度的起草等提供法律审核或者法律咨询以及合规审核;

    5、协助参与公司的法律合规事务管理,包括但不限于协助内部合规审查\法律合规事务统计分析以及报告工作等。

    (二)任职要求

    1、全日制大学法学本科或以上学历,法律基本功扎实;兼具中国法以及普通法(或香港法)教育背景者优先

    2、具备中国或英美法律国家(或地区)司法职业资格或律师资格;

    3、具备4年以上相关法律或合规事务工作经验;具备公司合规管理经验者优先;有境外项目或纠纷处理工作经验优先;

    4、良好的普通话以及英语口头表达和书写能力;

    5、熟练运用各种办公软件;

    6、认真负责,诚实守信,勤奋好学,具有独立工作能力兼具高度的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力。

    Job Responsibilities

    -Legal reviewing of contracts and other legal documents;

    -Participate in drafting and negotiating for projects of the company or its subsidiaries and deal with related legal issues;

    -Handling and/or assist or coordinate the handling of litigation, arbitration or other legal claims for the company and/or its subsidiaries;

    -Providing compliance and legal opinions or advices for company’s regular business and operation, regulation drafting and so on;

    -Assisting in daily legal and compliance management of the company, including but not limited to the compliance evaluation, related statistics, analyses and compliance reports of the company and its subsidiaries, etc.

    Job Requirements

    -Full-time bachelor degree in law or above with solid legal skills; prefer in both Chinese law and common law (or Hong Kong law) education;

    -Professional experience in compliance management of corporate will be an advantage;

    -Eligible qualifications for legal professional or lawyer in PRC or Hong Kong (or England);

    -Previous related experience for 4 years or above, prefer with professional experience of compliance management, or, in the projects or claims out of mainland China;

    -Good command of both written and spoken Chinese(Mandarin)and English;

    -Well-versed in MS Office, common software and E-editing;

    -Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, capability of learning, highly cooperative with good communication skills and as individual.

     

    岗位六:信息技术部系统分析师 (2人)

    SYSTEM ANALYST

    (一)工作职责

    1、负责参与公司信息化方案的规划建立、推进实施、信息化项目管理等;

    2、负责组织公司信息系统的应用分析、方案设计、开发及技术管理等;

    3、参与公司信息系统的优化、运行管理和延展性开发等;

    4、负责参与公司信息系统的应用推广、制定系统管理方案及相关制度等;

    5、参与公司信息系统支持架构、硬件架构的部署与网络管理等;

    6、协调处理公司信息化相关事宜。

    (二)任职要求

    1、大学本科或以上学历;

    2、 熟悉三层架构体系,具备编程开发、数据库经验;

    3、具有较丰富的ERP系统、MIS系统建设开发和管理推进经验;

    4、熟悉java开发语言,具有jsp /Javascript /Javabean /Servlet /xml等编程经验,熟悉J2EE框架与MVC开发模式,熟悉Eclipse等程序开发工具;

    5、 熟悉Windows、Linux网络管理及虚拟机技术,具备Oracle、SQL数据库操作管理技能与知识;

    6、工作热情认真、具有高度的责任心和团队协作精神;

    7、具有在中大型企业或港航物流相关企业从事信息化建设经验者优先;

    8、良好的语言与书面表达沟通能力。

    Job Responsibilities

    -Participate in IT planning, IT solution design, research, implementation and IT project management.

    -Participate in ERP, MIS system design and analysis, development and maintenance.

    -Involve in improvement of the company information system, operation management and future development of the IT system.

    -Participate in the promotion of the company information system, establishment of the system management solution and related policy.

    -Assist with the IT infrastructure and network planning, management.

    -Assist with the coordination of the IT solutions.

    Job Requirements

    -Bachelor degree of Information Technology or any related discipline.

    -Familiar with the three-tier infrastructure, possess experience in programming and database.

    -Familiar with java language, possess programming experience in JSP/Javascript/Javabean/Servlet/XML, familiar with J2EE framework and MVC development model. Familiar with development tools like Eclipse.

    -Familiar with Oracle, MS SQL database administration.

    -Familiar with Windows, Linux network management and virtual machines. Possess the hands-on experience and knowledge in Oracle and SQL database.

    -Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a high sense of responsibility. Be able to work independently as well as be a team player.

    -Experience in large enterprises or logistics industry is definitely an advantage.

    -Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of Chinese and English.

     

    岗位七:信息技术部IT工程师(1人)

    IT Engineer

    (一)工作职责

    1、负责公司计算机与网络运行环境的规划构建、优化、安全管理与运行管理;

    2、负责公司在用信息系统、数据的运行管理及应用维护;

    3、参与公司信息化项目建设、实施与运维管理。

    (二)任职要求

    1、精通Windows、CENTOS、LINUX/Unix等主流操作系统的管理,包括安装、配置、优化等;熟悉Windows /Linux /UNIX系统脚本语言编写,有一定的程序开发经验;

    2、熟悉Windows、Linux网络管理及虚拟机技术,具备Oracle、SQL数据库操作管理技能与知识,熟悉三层架构体系;精通局域网网络管理、熟悉AD /MS Exchange管理维护,熟悉网络、电邮、操作系统安全规范及运行管理等;

    3、具有信息系统部署、安全管理、备份管理、运行维护的丰富经验,熟悉主流产品及相关软件;

    4、有高度的团队合作精神和积极的工作态度;

    5、中英文沟通能力良好。

    Job Responsibilities

    -Participate in planning, safety management and operations management of the company’s computer architecture and network environment.

    -Participate in the maintenance of the company’s IT system, application and data administration on Company-end Computers and network.

    -Participate in the IT project design, implementation and operation management.

    Job Requirements

    -Possess excellent hands-on skills in Windows, CENTOS, LINUX /UNIX, including installation, configuration and tuning. Possess hands-on experience in scripting language in Windows /Linux /UNIX.

    -Familiar with Windows, Linux network management and virtual machines. Possess knowledge and hands-on skills in the manipulation and management of Oracle and SQL database. Familiar with the three-tier infrastructure; Solid experience in local area network(LAN) management, familiar with AD /MS Exchange administration, familiar with network, email and OS security standard and operation.

    -Possess solid experience in IT system planning, safety management, backup management and system maintenance, familiar with related mainstream products and software.

    -A good team player and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. 

    -Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of Chinese and English.

     

    岗位八:审计部审计业务主管

    Audit Supervisor


    (一)工作职责

    1.、按照上市公司管理要求,负责或协助实施经济责任审计、财务收支审计、内部控制审计,以及投资项目后评价审计等。撰写审计报告或小结;

    2、负责督促问题整改和后续评估,并对审计结果进行质量控制和考核;

    3、根据领导安排或协助部门其他成员完成部门队伍建设、组织优化、制度管理、计划管理以及信息化建设等基础管理工作。

    (二)任职要求

    1、全日制大学财务、审计、经济、会计类或相关专业本科及以上学历;

    2、熟悉企业会计准则及相关的法规、政策,思维清晰,具备较强的综合分析能力,较强的英语听、说、读、写能力,组织管理协调能力,具备3年以上事务所工作经历或5年以上大型企业内部审计工作经历;

    3、具有CPA、ACCA、CIA专业资格证书者优先考虑,具有四大会计师事务所工作经验者优先考虑。
